It may have, how would you know? INXR could easily spend that much in 6 weeks. I can, and so can anyone who wants to. The fact is that the claim of no debt was on February 20,,,not on March 31. The financial report is as of the end of the 1st qtr,,,March 31, at which time they had debt, and reported it as having been there:)
