9M does not always imply dilution..... and I am also sure we would see mass blocks, not 9M here and there..... the other week with 140M in 9M blocks...thats dilution! when I buy chunks of 10mil or more they break it down in two fills most times of 9M and 1M.... I still get the 10M just in two chunks....(you have to also look was it at the ask or bid)
