Yep, you've got it. Now the question is "why is anybody still here"? EDEX is a money machine for ??? that is running out of options and hasn't produced any pr'ed successful completed wells. There's gas at Mesa??? But how much??? There's supposed to be oil in ND, but how much??? The CEO has all the cards as far as share structure, but little or no control over projects or performance by "partners". Those "partners" use EDEX to help raise funds for these projects. Got to wonder why there's anyone that isn't "getting it" yet. All JMHO.
