The dilution has reduced the original loan, no new shares were sold by the company, it was highgate converting CD shares.

I suspected some conversions, I admit the total is a little higher than I thought, but when CYBL and SWVC ran to .04 to .08 with 500 million shares, 100 million shares doesn't cause me to blink at all!
