i would think so, yes. not taking any chances here. someone has to produce that which they can not to those who forked out hard earned money. then it is left up to you/me to legally pursue. not gonna happen here my friend. i will not be the last one without certs in hand.
kuan you are legitimately being screwed out of your shares letting them sit in your account. where do you think all this borrowing of shares for the shorters comes from in the first place ? my cash account says "may not be loaned" guess what ? 2 brokers said they could be loaned. may is such a loophole of a word, isn't it ? it is entirely your decision what you do to with your shares. my preference is to have them in hand. i am in this for the long haul.
