Really Echo? Who told you that? They don't even mention the possibility in the filing.

They also fail to mention any shipment of materials to WRAIR, though they said it would happen months ago.

The funding would not be included in the financials until released for the budget year, 2007. It especially would not be included in the annual report for the corporate year 2006/2007. Also, there should be no reason for concern since it was both PRed and confirmed by two other sources including the sponsoring senator's office.
