Didnt f-10 give edig a letter of credit to pay for manufacturing? If so, edig should be okay meaning that nothing came out of their (our) pockets.

If the HD1213's don't hit the market and manufacturing of some/all of the initial order has been done, I hope that doesn't mean EDIG has to swallow the manufacturing costs. I would guess that the letter of credit put out by F10 would cover that at least.
