Carl Gruenler did appear and disappear rather quickly. From what I can find on him he seems like he would be a stand-up guy. He has a verifiable background, work and military. He seemed to really believe in MAPSANDS. It looks like he collected about $200k in selling his stock options over a year or so. Now he is not willing to share more? He could say he has a gag order if that is the case. He has to know more.
