2.) New proven and respected CEO (Imagine a qualified CEO who jumped in by buying a few hundred thousand shares?)

Even with Tran on board, the BOD needs to reinvent and reinvigorate this company.

Would love to see this stock without the Roger deflator. What we need is a man of action! Yes, gentleman (and of course Judy), I mean a REAL CEO!

Roger will understand. It is for the benefit of the company. (I hear that R&R might be hiring?)
