The company has not released any news since the begining of this year (9 mos)...that to me says nothing is happening in Columbia.

They don't have the cash for armed guards, they have NO MONEY, hence an incomplete web site. Now the r/s has taken place, they may have a better chance to get funded. Thus, play the swings my friend!!!!
