The problem with Lawyerlongs assessment is that Edig told their shareholders the units were being produced and shipped. Edig knew whether they were being produced or not as they control the manufacturing. So, to tell shareholders that the products were being produced and shipped if they werent would be a lie.

cal law,,hey any pictures of capt james t kirk,,, your take on the f-10 is right on,, what people are missing is the deal is on hold, big difference of being teminated. besides, apparently this is not the huge deal, that is what I am wondering about.
