You didn't get that message because that was the the "statesman" like Dr Ben you saw today, trying to treat St Petersburg diplomatically.

But I got the message that the St Petersburg store was KAPUT when I saw last week, that they had hauled the portable construction office and the portable construction tool store room out of there.

H3 has hardly left anything over there now.
