OT: naturesfuel...I didn't know you knew about the Microcap Kitchen. The SI Microcap Kitchen is where I learned about GORX @ $0.80 a year or so ago. Keep an eye out over there...especially on GARY P GROBBEL....he's the guru...I'm just a bodhisvata :)

You just showed up at the Yahoo! GORX board a few weeks ago. Your hunch about GORX earnings was a little disappointing....but I didn't buy back in on that info. anyway....I don't like the fact that they continue to manufacture Ephedra considering the legal risks of that product now....even though they're insured.

I'd reccomend some EKCS before it wakes up....looks like the best low-risk/high reward stock to me right now.

Good luck!

Hey Zen

I don't know if you caught it but I posted some thoughts after my conversation with Mr Skeele as well.

At this point I am not a buyer but if they manage to turn profitable to the tune of a couple cents or so next quarter or if the price drops to sub 50 cents I will be back.

Zen,
CRKT - .52 cents. I just looked up, and reread your post on CRKT. They have two things going for them that could benefit the company going forward.

One is the set-top boxes that can convert digital signals to analog for the Chinese market. (I wonder if there are other market possiblities that this item might supply?) This is from the PR of 1/13/2004:

"The Chinese are eager to access digital television," he added. "However, most Chinese have analog TVs and are unable to receive digital signals. Our set top boxes have the capability of converting digital signals so that they can be accessed using an analog television. We believe that we are the only company that can offer affordably priced equipment for the average family in the Chinese market today."

Next is the cooling system for CPUs. This is from a PR of 12/08/2003:

The Cirmaker Technology cooling system units for laptop and personal computers are superior in several respects to other products on the market. First, they are developed in partnership with the client so that they meet each client's particular specifications. Second, Cirmaker's expertise in making cooling fin assemblies, a critical component of cooling units, results in smaller (about half the size of typical assemblies), higher quality (due to a patented design and manufacturing method), lower cost (20% less than typical competitors) and more efficient cooling products. Cirmaker fin assemblies cut cooling fan power requirements by two thirds, a key factor in reducing laptop battery drain. Major suppliers to the laptop computer industry are sourcing Cirmaker cooling systems after determining that they have the lowest defect rates of any competitive manufacturer.

And of course, they make electrical parts as well, but either of the items above could really benefit them. According to their PR, they aleady have orders from the major manufacturers to supply CPU cooling systems. I think this is an intersting company going forward. The real question is how will it affect the revenue stream, and of course, profitability?
