Thank you for this information. I have never heard of a stock not trading when filing for the SEC approval to tade on a listed exchange. I believe we are talking about the same thing. I would like your help on any other Vietnam stocks. I was on vacation last week and was at LL Bean in Freepot. Someone was buying something and on the outside of the box was assembled in Tawian and finished in Vietnam. If LL Bean is purchasing stuff from Vietnam I am sold on investing there especially after the toy debacle in China.
