Do you honestly see this going "an unbelievably high share price"?

There is no way around the dumping of shares so once it hits the PPS is going to drop quickly, so even at .0001 Carmac is guaranteed 8,000,000$.

In my opinion though, You will never see 80 billion shares hit the market. We will get to no bid pretty quick, if they even try to sell, so i think its a precaution. I think Alan will buy back the shares before they become available.

This is a pink sheet company, how many companies are willing to invest 3.6 million dollars into them? Like i just said too, the 80 billion @ .0001 is a cool 10% gain in 2 years.

We don't know the terms of the deal though, so this is all my opinion.
