Dr. Tracy, you may be right. I'm way too close to this thing, and it's not just about money. I guess it's painful to watch a dream die. I made the pick almost eight years ago, hoping, despite setbacks, the company might change the world, changing the treatment of disease.

When it hits the iceberg, I guess the realization of it forces reality to hit. I may get to my cost-basis of 1.80 with a deal, but my dream is getting snuffed out.

Never get too emotional with a stock: I'm guilty as charged. Nonetheless, when the major focus of a CEO for 1.8 months falls short, knocked down, he is often replaced.

Neuro, Just curious to get your estimate on the approx upfronts Cortex might expect to get in partnering the following assets, separately or packaged together -

1) RD - assuming reasonably good proof of concept results in the pilot study next year.

2) AD - assuming favorable PET scan results next year.

3) High Impact platform.
