"The stock must go down" is not an opinion -- it is a statement of false fact, and that "fact" is a bucket of horseshit. If you meant to say that you THINK it will go down, that is fine. I would not "attack" that.
The irony, by the way is that I am a short term player, and it is my opinion that the stock will go down and create a buying opportunity for a great trade. However, my opinion on this would, too, be a bucket of horseshit if I stated it as a "must" fact because I have seen literally countless examples that the buying pressure from the news of the financing overtook the selling from the few looking to flip their shares. Figuring out a move post-financing is difficult, especially on such a thinnly traded stock like UWKI.
Besides, UWKI has a history of cheap financings followed by posters telling us "the stock must go down" followed by the stock price absolutey exploding. Chevk your history -- this stock ran 10 bags last year following some damn cheap financings.
