Maki, is there a precedent? Could this happen? That would be excellent. As davewashdc says, we may have to sell some condos in Canada... or come up with a timeshare program lol.

Seriously, if that pr is to be believed and NWOL's NY council persues these no-goods for 41% of our co back, and we actually see some of it, then Mr M would be a hero on this board. IMO
