the brokers (as a whole) are the market.
a broker accepted the counterfeit shares, a broker deposited them and sold them, a broker purchased them and posted them into someones elses account...
every Naked short on the market was issued thru a broker...
the clearing of those trades is all over..it was completed years ago..
you have shares.
this is what i've been saying all along, the broker are SRO's that have assumed all of the responsibility here, they have to come up with a plan to make Megas (who has been wronged by them) happy, and they have to honor their obligation to deliver us shares they sold us or they have to allow us to trade our shares in the free market...
the brokers are pointing fingers at other places, but they the responsible party here IMO..
