You are correct.... it is lawyer talk and it stinks. We are left to assume that the two assays on the crude product is constant at about 90% gold but it could vary from 90% gold to pure dirt with one atom of gold tossed in. We are left to assume that they would not bother shipping dirt and giving dirt to a smelter. I could ship 300 kg dirt tonight.... all I need is a shovel and some postage stamps.
