Now that you have accused and STATED that it is not much money, how much exactly was needed. You've stated it, now tell us how much.

with cost over run, then offten do not have extra cash. in most wells, oil company are joint parnters and they something do not all have the money.when you have people , they have ,money to fund wells, if they get extras call for money, they late or they do not have the money. our share of gas well is now 50% . a lot people did have money to cover over run cost. one was oil company.
