Fogg - The first of 20 units scheduled to be built before next July are presently being fabricated by a division of the worlds largest machine tool maker DMTG. The actual terms of the contract/s have not been made public.

After all the development stage work, the issuance of patents (expected at any time) would be as good a "public report" as we could hope for IMO. kp

"So can anyone outline concrete commercial deals that GRC is entering into? It may be I've missed the detail coming on to this board relatively late. I've seen references to new ventures, but have some trouble deciphering the code that people appear to speak on here at times."

On October 9, 2007 the Company's Application for listing of its Common Stock for
trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was approved. The shares are to be
traded under an International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of
US37945C2026. RG Securities AG, a German investment banking and brokerage firm
acted as the designated sponsor of the Company.

This listing has been obtained by the Company in recognition of the large
European shareholder base which the Company has, with approximately 1,200
shareholders based outside the US, primarily in the UK. The listing will permit
those shareholders to trade their shares more conveniently in a European market
at a lesser cost.

SIGNATURE

You asked about the technical qualifications of the people in GRC. Hawk Hogan had his own design engineering firm with 32 years experience. He put his business aside the first of 2007 to concentrate on GRC. Parts of his old web site are still active and may be of help to you. Kp
