But as far as I know, transcripts need to be ordered directly through the Courthouse (and are expensive).

And I have never seen trasncripts available through PACER.

The whole thing is so sad. I do not understand the motive of a CEO to steal like this? He knew he would be caught no? I do not see how he thought he would make out ok on this?

Shareholders might chase him down in every restaurant or in the streets. How could he possibly think this would be worth it?
