Any regulatory pathway announcement for Androxal should be viewed as a positive since its one more step closer to gaining FDA approval.


I kind of agree with your statement and one earlier about those who have sold trying to scare folks (although not really - but same thing with many hoping stock stays down or goes down more to enable re-entry).

I would say it a different way however: Whatever news comes out, the worst case has already been discounted. Confirmation of such news or better than expected news should lead to a bounce.

DISCLOSURE: Very modest exposure through short Nov 10 puts sold a long time ago. Cashed some in this week by buying them back as I got worried (did make a profit but much less than I could have a few weeks back). I have a history of selling long positions at lows so expect we rally shortly. Main concern is overall market action from these highs.
