I have never said this case is a slam dunk, but I do think the EU has harassed Intel, I do think AMD cannot compete on their own merits and this will all come back in the end to hurt them. I HOPE SO.

This case has never been slam dunk, this sounds as though it's an intricate patchwork of innuendo, fact, fiction, hope and denial. Only time will tell if it will stand. Intel should have the right to call witnesses and have a trial.

Also, it took years to finish the case against Microsoft, the original charges never changed.
