I haven't kept up with the story since I found out Corey Ribotsky was involved. The Company made a deal with the devil when it was hard up for cash and he came to claim his soul. UWRL had so much potential but a bad move by management ruined it all. I know Sutoic had special preferred shares which garunteed 51% control but I don't know what happened if the BOD go booted. It's a Company in the twilight zone right now.
