I think he means that because of the nature of penny stocks or let alone pinkys, it is a haven for "new" investors and that the ones browsing this forum, that would potentially be interested in the stock, would than be turned off because of certain comments that are simply opinions.

Ironically, the ones openly admitting they want to sell or are trying to sell are the ones with the negative sentiment - Go figure.
