Write off??? Don't think so. We have creditors who will want their money UNLESS we go Bankrupt. A poster a while back was told by Pandey that is what the Basu Group wants to do. Who knows anymore what the hell is going on!!!!!

I will not buy anymore of this stock, but I sure as hell would'nt dump any of it either.

Pandey did not expose the company to too much debt. The only ones outstanding are the Alembic loan, which is paid down to $1 million and the recent loans from UPS/NEXIM, etc. The total of which doesn't even add up to $15 million. So, imo loan shouldn't take too much out of the value of the company.
