Here is one I use for Omni's Power Stochs:

[type = stock] and [country=us] and [daily ema(60,daily volume) >= 100000] and [OBV > SMA(20,OBV)] and [Close > 0.001] and [close < 0.25] and [Full Stoch %K(66,5,3) > 62] and [MACD Line(12,26,9) >= 0.0] and [SMA(10,close) < close] and [yesterday's Full Stoch %K(66,5,3) <= 62]

You can adjust the volume and/or price range to suit you. If you go into the advanced interface, check out some of the predefined scans and edit them to your liking. There are some pretty good ones there.
