Anything about PBLS is open for discussion, and I believe you KNOW that.
It's how it's presented.

John Doe says ProGas is not paying their producers.

Joe Smith asks him where he can find that info, or is there any paperwork to substantiate that info. That's all good and fine.

So now either John Doe gives a link to the info or says 'he heard' it.. What will most believe? I personally would believe the link to the information, or I'd be on the phone making calls until I found out the truth.

BUT besides that, Rumors are open for discussion!! Anything ABOUT Phoenix is. It's when it gets to personal insults and accusations to or about other posters that WE draw the line.
