No way there are only 3 Million shares to be diluted....don't care how you do the math...GGI is owed hundreds of millions of shares at the current pps and will be owed more as the shareprice continues to drop.
Just because there are all of a sudden fewer shares out there doesn't mean that they should be valued at a higher price...not in the case of GZFX/GMFX anyway....this company has offered nothing to support a pps at 0.05 per share...absolutely nothing! In fact I believe they are overvalued at 0.01 per share (myself).
Not too worry, with the dilution it will be sub-penny again soon....especially after the next Q is out and the OS shows how much dilution has already taken place!
