between October 15 and 35 days after soo no later than November 19 i think it's 35 consecutive days after october 15 or it could be 35 trading days not sure on that

Yes they have to cover but I am not sure if it is OCt 15 or + 35 days from then. But will they cover if there is no enforcement by the SEC? I really don't know.
