Who has the quantities of restricted shares that could even possibly be converted to account for so many shares for such a long time? And they cannot convert to unrestricted shares without Keith signing off on it, so the company would be aware of it. So far the response is always the same... nobody has converted their shares anytime recently, so no restricted shares are selling.
Another moot point that keeps getting re-hashed over and over and over...

It's hard to get around in here with all the beat dead horses lying around.

Jag, restricted shares are restricted for 2 years. There are some very special circumstances in which they can be sold after 1 year but the restrictions are plentiful and I'm pretty sure the company must agree to it. Even still, even if all the restrictions are met you can only sell 1% of the outstanding shares over a 90 day period between the 1 and 2 year mark.

We've talked about this before back when you were more active here. I'm surprised this slipped your mind :)

Very well could be...You know I've been asking about that for a while...but the Number of shares freeing up per Unit of time compared to what we have been seeing each day over the past few months ..does not seem to jive!?...For What reason were shares issued way back when and in what Quantity!

Anyone know the Break down on the Restricted Fraction?? I think the restricted is 35 to 40??

I think Keith is @ 16..doubt he is selling!
Other Insiders I would Imagine are holding too..ridiculous to sell @ these levels!

so ..still think the shares being traded are 90% or better NSS..imHo
