Good Point! They wouldn't have to wait for the def-14c but it's not usually sent out the same day as the PRE14C. I hadn't paid much attention as I tend to put these on the backburner and wait so...

just looked up a couple past R/S round-ups and the information statement was mailed after PRE14C but usually a few days before the Def14C...

I guess when we get it in the mail we'll know it's 20 days, lol.
