A clean shell lie VERD should be sold for no less than 500K-600K. When reverse merged into a proper business it will take that price up multiple times. This low floater is going to fly big time once sold and reverse merged into some nice business. Currently we are at 1/10th of a reasonable price for a decent shell. This will make VERD a 10bagger based only on a reasonable shell price. With a proper reverse merger candidate this will be another 10-100 bagger from there IMHO
