It has something to do with volume. When you have low floatie -- then you're looking for volume. The volume is the tell they're going to take it to the moon.
SEED traded almost 1 mil. shares premarket yesterday -- so you could have entered at 9.50 or so -- still picked up 33% for one day -- it traded about 2 million shares by 10 AM.
If you see HRBN trading over 150k shares by 10 am -- HOLD it.
300k = wait for 50% gain.
They can control the whole float like CHNR if they want.
