correct.. there was no preferred shares issued and outstanding per filing 10Q. Go take a look for yourself. But it is known that it's to be issued. It's a known fact for those invest here.
On the 10Q it also stated clearly on that.
As far as hostile take over, i was just throwing the idea out there. It used to be quit a practice before but not such a hot thing in the recent days.
Seriously, if I have money and know that the company is ways undervalue, I would arrange something that I can get the majority of the control for cheap. Take over, drive certain people out, run the company or split the company and sell it piece by piece. They do that all the time in the 80's to 90's.
