Ithink it was a mistake by RP to answer your multiple choice. there is no reason to give anyone fuel for a lawsuit, hoever frivolous it might seem
"imminent" on the heels of "summer" guidance followed by reiterating "q4 launch" to anyone with a brain implies that approval could come any moment, from days to weeks to, well, never - since nothing is guaranteed. so the anwer to your multiple choice SHOULD be it could be days or weeks, we don't know, or else one could really make a case for misleading statements to investors

that's probably where things stand actually, and what RP was trying to convey in light of prior (altogether minor) delays..that it is just unpredictable and could be as long as weeks, but not necessarily weeks away
