I don't know enough about it yet to comment. Didn't play it today. Just saw the PR out early and said, "current OS will be 3.6% of the merged entity.. why the spike?" doh! Wish I had played though... awesome move today, though I don't as of yet understand quite why... got some reading to do I guess, I must have missed something.
