I'm watching the EXACT same behavior on another stock and
I find it hard to believe the explanations are much different
and I know for a fact there's no dilution on the other stock..

I expect dilution to come after Oct. 15th as we've seen in the
past with IVOI.......then another RS to follow....
The dilution will probably happen in the two weeks before
the dividend filing actually gets done in Nov.
I just don't see this leopard changing his spots....

which is another reason why I don't believe it's dilution
along with watching the trades themselves....
I just don't see it....may be I need to put on my reading glasses...
