Michael, Doesn't the restricted short sale carry its impact after the ten trading days alloted for delivery of shares after the settlement date? If the short is able to cover within that timing envelope, they still came out ahead by selling into demand. However, if those parties that bought shares today don't end up reselling them back to the short within the next couple weeks, the benefit of the short restriction rule to pps begins to kick in as the short is forced to cover. So what will PPHM have to announce going forward these next couple weeks that will give enough upward price pressure to not give the short room for cover? This news hasn't played itself out unless PPHM achieves no follow up that keeps buying demand up.
Best wishes and IMO.
