I think the diversity argument is garbage, as we are in engaged in an anonymous community. In fact, you Robin could be a female and had posted pictures of your uncle Louie fishing instead you you. I know of at least ONE male person who posts as a female (on SI)...

Diversity only comes into play when subjective decisions are needed. The TOS are NOT subjective.
