I also received a mail from Keytrade today, good news except for the -25% Belgium taxes but it will be applied to Dexia customers as well. IMHO Keytrade or any other broker in Belgium will lead to the same results, you get 10% stock divi(not cash!) on 12/10 and you will pay 25% taxes out of it from your cash position. On which base will they calculate the 25% taxes is unknown to me yet, waiting for Keytrade response.

Suite à votre coup de fil à notre helpdesk, j'ai essayé de vous contacté au gsm mais sans succès d'où ce mail. Je peus vous confirmer les points suivants:

l'octroi d'un stock dividende (càd octroi d'actions selon un certain ratio) par la société US sous rubrique. Il ne s'agit pas d'un choice dividend (càd cash ou titres) comme j'avais erronément compris initialement.
du point de vue fiscal il y aura bien précompte mobilier belge mais pas de taxe US.
