That's crossed my mind as well.

EFGO has become like Poland (or any other satellite), under the Soviet Union's hegemony - back when it could hegemony itself around, that is.

EFGO professes its freedom, its soveriegnty, when - in fact - it's only ever on a leash, a slave state to the Minaco Union.

Tear down that wall, Mr. Minco. Tear down that wall.

Ratso1, as usual your posts are well thought out. There is a question I have been wanting to ask ever since I read about the Minaco/Garr preferred share gice-a-way/swap fest. I thought Minaco didn't actually get the shares until EFGO used the line of credit? If EFGO has not used the line of credit, then how does Minaco have the shares to give to Garr? Am I confused?
