they need cash to go forward...the only thing they have to offer is free shares and potential sales ....bl......dilution is in even if they are buying shares at 0.0040 to long.. wake up people..stay long stay dead..1 millon dollars doesnot go a long way anymore...longs stay long shorts stay short

There was in Aug, Al.. don't you remember that PR in July?
The A/S has not changed since August 1st. I check weekly. Pinksheets has the right A/S, but no idea on the O/S, since they've had it wrong before. And don't forget the restricted shares too.

I agree.. we might (and will probably) need a R/S before the NASDAQ, but not for the OTCBB.

I say we wait to see what it shows in the quarterly reports before rumors get out of control.. and we KNOW how that happens around here!
