I've been worried for awhile that we may be in another power play for control of the company. In light of a new promotional push it is hard to understand why someone would sell 12000 shares down to 5 cents with only 30 seconds left in the trading day unless the intent was to lower the price. Given that the asks at 5.8 and 6 had been hit it seems as if the sell to a 5 cent bid was quite purposeful. There, of course, can be other reasons but in the informational vacuum that the company has created we are only left to guess.
You are right in saying that we are paying a lot for what to this point has done nothing but substantially reduce the value of our investment. From the ICapitals to the Willys to the OTC Network, William Welsome, Jamie Dwyer, the sharepic.com and who knows who else I reckon that upwards of 10 million free trading shares may have been placed.
The net result is a stock at 2.5 cents pre reverse and at a value of only 50% of the giant placement to effect the merger with Halee.
Having been in the business I can tell you that it is bad practice to put out reports and begin promotions and have the public see a drop in share price on day 1 when they have a look. I'm of the opinion that the next 2 days are absolutely critical. If the share price hasn't turned north with some volume (remember that today's trades only amounted to about $6000) then Friday arrives with no momentum. Most short term traders hate holding over the weekend if there isn't obvious momentum. That puts us only 9 days from the AGM and basically hoping that we see a breakout. The problem there is that if, and I stress the word if, someone or some group is trying to hold this back then they will probably be able to do it. The volatility index would be out of site to get this to 20 cents at that point and I think Wu needs this at 20 cents plus to avoid a pretty significant attack at the AGM.
This is all just my opinion of course and I'll say it one more time. "I would love to be proven wrong". I'm long on this stock and have been for quite awhile so 5 cents isn't doing it for me.
