Drfit...They will not necessarily sell it at this low pps. They can set a price and negotiate it with a buyer. If they do, the pps will automatically go up to the buyout price since it reflects the stock's fair market value.

IMO, this is the best exit strategy for Basu instead of hanging on until a new CEO comes on board and waiting for performance to reflect in the pps. He could be here for years and I don't think he plans to.

I am hoping this scenario plays out. It would be the best option for us as well.

Drift-If i was on the BOD i would want to keep the Common Share holders up to date just for the fact of avoiding "Conflict of Interest" I believe this company will succeed and i believe that everyone that is running this company sees wealth in this company.. I have seen this before, To use an example: In the old days as soon as gold miners strike gold, some members envolved get "Gold Fever" and the greed factor kicks in... Who has Gold fever??? BOD? Basu Group? Pandey? When this happens, the games begin and the conflicts begin!!!!! And as common share holders we are sitting here hypothesizing because we are not being brought up to speed. I take this as a buy sgnal because there is gold in them hills and the boys directly envolved are fighting over who is holding the CLAIM.
