zulual, to help relieve you, I just got off of the phone with Lorne, the IR. He was able to give a lot of information about Sierra Gold that I plan to post on this board, but I am very busy tonight. I will try to get it all posted by this week when I get time.
Lorne told me that the 50million restricted shares are owned by Doug, some large investors, and many of Doug's close friends. He said that those shares would be affected by a reverse split. This tells me that we do not need to worry about a reverse split for another 13 months until the shares can be dumped into the market.
