I agree, these stock are risky, but have you ever seen something so screwed up. Seems to me Kyle screwed up the way he did the takeover (SEC rules and crap) , but may have to votes to do it if he does it right. Any word if he is going to do it right?
Anyway you look at it, the Company cant survive. I have no shares left since this is a done deal.
