Look, this is just a recently filled shell still low on the radar. It's a pink sheet, so if it aint' movin and there's no rumor, people are going to get impatient and dump their shares. They will be back when they have a reason to be.
Low floaters move up and down quickly. Right now is the time to accumulate if you think the chances of reward are greater than the risk.
EMPTY shells with higher O/Ss have traded higher than this, so I happen to think the odds are good for me.
Watching the ticks until decent news or a chart attracting event will drive you crazy.
